E-mail Entry For My Fortnightly Baking Fun Challenge #13

Hi everyone, I hope you all had a good week and weekend so far.
I got an e-mail entry for my baking challenge from a dear friend of mine’s sister who is 4 year old.
Gabrielle made a tuna-mayonnaise salad! Here is her recipe:

You will need:
1 Third of a cucumber, sliced and cut into quarters
2 tomatoes, chopped
A few fresh lettuce leaves, shredded
Half a red pepper, cut into Julienne strips
2 tins of tuna, drained
Mayonnaise (enough to make the salad moist)
2 carrots, peeled and cut into Julienne strips
Method:
Wash your fresh ingredients in salt water.  Start by mixing your
chopped tomato with the cucumber, lettuce, red pepper and carrot
strips.  Mix the 2 tins of tuna into the salad along with the
mayonnaise. Refrigerate before serving.  Enjoy with fresh, homemade
bread and butter.

This was one of Gabrielle’s first things she made in the kitchen! Well done Gabrielle, your salad look delicious! Thank you so much for entering.
Everyone please remember you still have time enter this baking challenge, this theme is “salads”. You have until Monday the 13th of February to enter.

Baking Greetings
