E-mail Entry For My Baking Challenge.

Hello everyone, I have an e-mail entry for my Fortnightly Baking Fun Challenge! My 11 year old brother Josua. He wanted to take part in my challenge and win a recipe book for a long time and he finally got the chance.

The theme is Something for a Child so he made Marshmallow Crisps:

Ingredients:
1,5 liter rice crisps
60 g butter
250 g Marshmallows
2 ml vanilla
1 Grease a standard sized pan with butter.
2 Measure the rice crisps into a mixing bowl.
3 Put the Marshmallows, vanilla and butter in a big heavy bottom sauce pan.
4 Let it melt on medium heat.
5 Put the rice crisps into the marshmallow mixture and stir until everything sticks together.
6 Put the mixture in the greased pan and flatten quickly with a spoon.
7 Cut the Rice Crisps in cubes while still a little warm.
Enjoy!
Thank you so much for participating Josua! This sure is a GREAT recipe and children LOVE it! Everyone please remember you still have time enter my baking challenge. You have until Monday the 14th of November to enter.
