Hello everyone, I hope you are all doing well. Today is Friday and that means it’s time for a new challenge over at Stampin for the Weekend!
The theme for this week’s challenge is.......
Yes, we want to see lots and lots of pink creations!
Our fantastic sponsor for this challenge is Simon Says Stamp.
Here is my card:
I just love this theme!! I’m a “Pink Card Maker” and I absolutely love making pink cards!
I used a digi stamp I won from The Paper Shelter. I was surprised at how well the image turned out, I normally really struggle to colour digi stamps.
This beautiful little image’s name is Spring Swing and I coloured her with the following Copics:
E35, E33 and E53 - for the girl’s hair.
R20, R21 and E00 - for the girl’s skin.
RV34, RV13 and RV10 - for the girl’s dress and the flowers.
RV10 - for the girl’s bow in her hair and shoes.
G17, G14 and G12 - for the green parts on her dress and the leaves.
E37, E35, E33 - for the swing.
B05, B02 and B000 - for the blue bird.
W3 - for a shadow around the image.
I used some flowers I bought from Wild Orchid Crafts.
Here I put a wide white ribbon, then some beautiful white lace and a thin piece of pink ribbon with a bow.
So I hope you like my pink card! Please do hop over to Stampin for the Weekend and see if you can take part in our pink challenge!!
I would also like to take part in the following challenges with this card:
Digi Doodle Shop's Best - Circles
For Fun Challenges - Kids at play
Kelley Kid's - girly girl
Bearly Mine - Flowers Flowers Flowers
